Bánh bèo nhỏ (Baby banh beo)

This is very popular Vietnamese food in Binh Dinh Province, my hometown, centre zone of Vietnam. Ingredients include rice flour for the plain cake, then pork, fish or peanut for topping.

It is cooked in very small bowl then I called it as baby banh beo. But in my hometown it is called as banh beo in general.

Centre Saigon through black and white photos

Centre Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) is always colorful and bright. But I like to design photos of centre Saigon into black and white. I think that if you see a Saigon peaceful, yes it is, and if you see a Saigon busy, it's also correct.
