You could see many vendors like this on the streets in Saigon. They sell many things: fruits, cakes, clothes, juices, cafe, soya milk, etc. They make the streets dirty and messy, however, this is seemed to create culture of Saigon.

We could say that street vendors are one of important details makes the soul of Saigon.
